   Mr. Cheadle practices corporate and securities law. He represents private and public companies in mergers and acquisitions, angel and venture capital financings, convertible debt offerings, corporate restructurings, and other transactional matters.
   
   Mr. Cheadle's experience in mergers and acquisitions includes asset acquisitions, stock purchases and statutory mergers, representing both acquirers and sellers. His private company experience includes startup work, credit financings, and the formation and structuring of international subsidiaries. He also advises private and public companies in on-going corporate governance, federal and state securities law compliance, and general business matters.
   
   While in law school, Mr. Cheadle worked for the Enforcement Division of the United States Securities and Exchange Commission in San Francisco.
