   Tali Chazan spent a year as a Legacy Heritage Fellow in Washington, D.C in 2004-2005, working in the public affairs department at the Embassy of Israel. During this year she also interned in the Middle East program at Search for Common Ground. Before arriving in Washington, Tali completed an M.A. in international relations at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, specializing in foreign policy and diplomacy. She received her B.A. from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem in political science and international relations in 2002. For over four years (1999-2004) she also worked in the security department at the Office of the Prime Minister. Tali Chazan completed her military service in the Intelligence corps of the Israel Defense Forces.
