   Mr. Chazan holds a BA in applied mathematics and an MBA specializing in management sciences with additional emphasis in finance and accounting, from the University of California at Berkeley. Prior to joining Cypress, he served as director of information technology for Allied Telesyn International and NexGen. Before that, he spent two years as MIS director for Borland International.
