   She began her career with Mack-Cali in 2000 and held positions in leasing as Director, Senior Director, and Managing Director.Prior to joining Mack-Cali, Ms. Chayes held the position of Senior Vice President at Bender and Company.
   
   Ms. Chayes holds a BS degree in Management and Real Estate studies from Cedar Crest College, Allentown, Pennsylvania.
