   Tony is a Managing Partner. Previously, Tony was the Director of Strategic Accounts at Oracle Corporation. He was recognized for successfully managing some of the company's most complex global implementations. Prior to Oracle, he taught Information Technology at The Georgia Institute of Technology in the College of Management. Tony received a Doctor of Philosophy in Information Technology Management and a Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Accounting from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He also holds an undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering.

Prior to that, Dr. Chaya was an instructor at The Georgia Institute of Technology for four years in the College of Management where he taught Information Technology and Strategy courses while pursuing a Ph.D. in Information Technology Management. Dr. Chaya's dissertation work won prestigious awards and was published in top academic journals and conference proceedings. These papers include, "Cost effectiveness of organizations: The impact of IT spending," Journal of Management Information Systems, 1996, and "The relationship between IT investments and organizational performance: Preliminary empirical evidence," Proceedings of the 26th Annual Hawaii International Conference on Systems Sciences, 1996.
