    COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - BYU freshman Mark Chay and Wyoming junior Adam Miller have been named Mountain West Conference Men's Swimmer and Diver of the Week, respectively.

    Chay won two individual events in a triple dual meet against Notre Dame, Louisville and Iowa last weekend in South Bend, Ind. He opened with a win in the 200 freestyle (1:40.02), followed by a victory in the 100 freestyle (45.57). His time in the 100 free is the best in the MWC this season, while his time in the 200 free is the second-best in the league.

    Miller, a Newcastle, Wyoming, product, won the 1-meter and 3-meter diving competitions in a non-conference dual match against Denver, setting a personal best score in the 3-meter in the process. He won the 1-meter with a score 277.30, 33 points higher than the second-place finisher, then set his new personal best in the 3-meter, scoring 275.65.
