Led by Alejandro Chaoul-Reich, who has taught this form of Tibetan yoga for more than ten years, participants will also explore how Tsa lung Trul khor movements relate to the qualities of the five elements (earth, water, fire, air, and space) and how they help to remove energetic blocks that weaken the connection to our inner wisdom.

In the Tibetan spiritual traditions it is understood that as the elements come into balance within the channels, vital breath, and subtle awareness, our capacity to abide more comfortably in our meditative state of mind is enhanced.

Please join us for this very special opportunity to study these ancient and profound yoga practices from the Bön tradition.

Alejandro Chaoul-Reich is a senior student of Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche and has studied with many great masters of the Tibetan spiritual traditions including H.H. Lungtok Tenpai Nyima Rinpoche, and Yongdzin Tenzin Namdak Rinpoche, H.H. the Dalai Lama and Namkhai Norbu Rinpoche. He teaches meditation to cancer patients and their supporters and is involved in research using Tsa lung Trul khor with cancer patients at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston.Alejandro was awarded a Ph.D. in Tibetan Religions at Rice University.
