Ju-Ming Chang

Ju-Ming Chang is Vice President, Economics, Finance, and Information at HANYS, where she is responsible for directing research analyses and developing economic impact estimates to evaluate federal and state health care policy initiatives.She is one of the key staff at HANYS involved in developing policy alternatives on health care financing and economic issues.She currently teaches health economics at Graduate College of Union University.Before joining HANYS, Ms. Chang worked for the Colonial Penn Insurance Company.She received her Master of Arts degree from the University of Missouri.
