Mr. Chang was born in Seoul, Korea in 1973.He graduated from Chung-Ang University (B.S., Pharmacy, 1996) and graduate School (M.S., Pharmaceutics, 1998).Prior to joining PHIL & ONZI Patent & Law Firm, he worked as a research scientist or senior researcher at Daewoong Pharmaceuticals Co., LTD., PIKE Co., LTD. and SK chemicals for over 6 years.His technical experience extends over pharmaceutics, biotechnology and regulatory matters, including drug approval and KFDA regulations.He completed training at the International IP Training Institute in Korea.He is a patent attorney and a licensed pharmacist in the republic of Korea.
