Ending Homelessness Initiative welcomes new Program Coordinator Jennifer Chang
We are pleased to announce the addition of Jennifer Chang to the Ending Homelessness Team.
She'll start at BHCD on May 11.
She is relocating from LA, where she is currently the Managing Director at PATH Partners, an LA-based non-profit committed to helping communities flourish through organizational management, community mobilization, and regional planning.
Jennifer has worked extensively with city and community leaders to build collaborative partnerships and advance solutions to end homelessness.
In 2008-2009, she served as the team leader for the Gateway Cities Homeless Strategy, an initiative that successfully engaged multiple stakeholders to develop a regional strategy to reduce homelessness in an expansive 27-city region.
Jennifer also served as Chief Development Officer from 2004 to 2007, when she oversaw fundraising efforts to raise millions of dollars annually through foundations, government contracts, individuals, and special events.
