    Charles is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.He loves to travel; his next destination is a deep sea fishing trip somewhere off the coast of Mexico.While not wandering around the globe, Charles is a technophile who also enjoys various sports.

    Metro CEO Carl Chang told MEDIA the online business was not just a complementary medium to radio, but also an interactive venture aimed at retaining and growing audiences in the long run.
