Debra Champagne, Chief Financial Officer
Debra is a Certified General Accountant with 30 years of financial expertise in non-profit organizations, government and private industry.
Originally from Canada, she worked for 15 years as a full time Controller with various NPO's such as Scouts Canada, Cedarview Lodge, and the Association for Community Living which serves developmentally challenged adults in Victoria, BC.
After the birth of her daughter in 1997, Debra switched to hi-tech, installing various accounting software packages and training clients.
The NAFTA Agreement introduced cross-border trade, making it easy for her to relocate from Canada to San Diego in 1999.
Debra worked as a software installer and business consultant for 10 years prior to joining the TERI team in July 2008 as Chief Financial Officer.
Debra lives in a cottage on Mission Bay with husband, Dennis and daughter, Lexia.
Dennis & Debra ride motorcycles on the weekend and chauffeur Lexia to her theatre productions.
Debra also has a passion for dance and can often be found dancing the night away!
