CAS welcomes new Dean of Students, Mary L. Chambers

Ms. Chambers is the new Dean of Students for Coral Academy this year.A former Washoe County School District administrator, Ms. Chambers comes to our school with over 20 years of experience as a teacher and administrator.She feels that "all children are ready to learn something every day" and that " individualized goals can and should be addressed and monitored during group, as well as independent activities".She is working hard to help Coral Academy be a "place where children want to go and like to be" as well as achieving high academic goals.

Look for Ms. Chambers (the one who looks like she is in charge) at school and be sure to introduce yourself.She is very familiar with all of the students and is looking forward to meeting and working with all the parents.

School Directory available soon

The CAS 1st school directory will be available by the end of October.The directory contains the names, addresses, and phone numbers of the families who wished to be included.Since CAS families come from all parts of the county, the directory will be a way for all of us to get to know each other and communicate better.
