The wealth of talent combined with a deliberate lack of pretension is exactly what drew 19-year advertising executive Tina Chadwick to Match.As creative director, she will help guide the company into its 10th year of operation.
Chadwick brings two decades of experience with some of the Southeast's largest advertising agencies.She cut her teeth as an intern at The Coca-Cola Co. after graduating from Florida State University.She took two tours at J. Walter Thompson USA Inc., now JWT Atlanta, and also worked at BrightHouseLIVE.She spent six years at WestWayne, where her husband, Martin, works as a studio artist.She taught classes at the Portfolio Center, an elite two-year finishing school for art direction, graphic design and copywriting.And she collaborated on projects for clients like SunTrust Banks Inc., BellSouth, Russell Corp. and Bassett Furniture Industries Inc.
Albert says she has long wanted to hire Chadwick.

"We like to keep a pretty irreverent feel," Chadwick said.
