    Curtis R. Cesspooch Curtis Cesspooch, is the Chairman of the Ute Indian Tribe Business Committee representing the (Uintah Band). The Ute Tribal Business Committee is the governing body of the Ute Indian Tribe and members are elected from among the tribal membership according to band. As a sovereign nation, the Tribe establishes all policies regarding its energy estate and is responsible for the implementation and coordination of governmental activities on the Reservation. Curtis has served in the U.S. Military on the Business Committee in the past and is also a commercial business owner.
