   Since 1980, Joel has been president of Joel Cassola & Associates, a company offering a wide range of print- and web-based editorial services. These include feature articles, case histories, testimonials, product PR, white papers, and sales literature. (See experience).
   
   Joel collaborated with Steve Logee to form Keech Pond Associates because he recognized the difficulties businesses of all sizes are having with their web site content. They simply don't have all the skills or the systems to keep their web information current, interesting. relevant to customer needs and germane to their own business purposes.

   Joel specializes in business-to-business writing, having worked on such accounts as General Electric Wiring Devices, Brown & Sharpe, GTECH, Aetna Business Credit, Modicon, Monsanto Chemicals, Digital Equipment Corporation and PerkinElmer Life Sciences, to name just a few. He is a skilled interviewer and is convinced that good "source information" is the cornerstone of successful PR and marketing communications programs. He has written hundreds of trade journal feature and case history articles, as well as press kit copy, newsletters, white papers and web content, etc.
   
   When not at the office, Joel can usually be found at the local Starbucks, transfixed over his laptop, fueled by a double cappuccino. In his spare time, Joel likes to bike and hike, occasionally on (small!) mountains. He also enjoys music and reading.
