   Prior to joining Color Kinetics in 2006, Mr. Cassis served as President and CEO for Millennial Net, a networking software company for wireless sensor and network applications.He was responsible for the strategic direction and general management of the company, and successfully positioned the company for acquisition.Mr. Cassis also served as the Senior Vice President of Sales for Brooks Automation, a provider of automation solutions and integrated subsystems to the global semiconductor and related industries.He held a number of senior management positions over his long tenure with Brooks, serving as a key contributor to the company's growth in revenue.In addition, Mr. Cassis served as the Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Marketing for FASTech (which was later acquired by Brooks Automation); Vice President, Sales and Marketing for Intellution, Inc.; and also held product marketing roles at Analog Devices, Inc. and Foxboro Company.Mr. Cassis received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Connecticut, Master's degrees in Environmental Engineering and Environmental Science from Yale University, and a M.B.A. from Boston College.
