   Stacy Cassio began with Terrier in 2001. She was TCS's 2002 Employee of the Year and in 2003, she became office manager of the White Plains Office.
   
   Stacy is responsible for accepting new assignments, and oversees the clerical and billing departments, as well as the everyday functioning of the office. In addition, Stacy coordinates Terrier functions, including golf outings, fund raisers, and client Happy Hours.
