   The St. Landry School Board's executive committee has sent to the full board a recommendation by Assistant Superintendent of Instruction Joseph Cassimere to delay implementation of a uniform set of rules and regulations for all of the schools in the parish.

   Cassimere asked for the delay because he wants the principals to have more input into what the rules should be.He said the principals meet monthly and thought a policy decision could be made by Christmas.
