   Nazeer is practising as senior counsel at the Johannesburg Bar and has presided as Acting Judge in the High Court and Labour Court of South Africa. He was awarded the Hilgard Muller Prize for best final year student - LLB (Unisa), a Fullbright Scholar in 1997-1998 - LLM at the Southern Methodist University, Dallas, USA and a British Council Scholar in 1984 - LLM at the University of London. In 2000 he was Chairman of the Society of Advocates, Johannesburg and has in excess of 12 articles published in journals and book reviews.
