   Thomas Cassidy is a Managing Director in the Leveraged Finance and Head of Healthcare Banking.Mr. Cassidy is a member of the U.S. Leveraged Finance Business Council and joined BNP Paribas in 2005.
   
   Prior to joining BNP Paribas, Mr. Cassidy was a Managing Director in the Financial Sponsor Coverage Group at JP Morgan Securities, Inc.Mr. Cassidy was with JP Morgan and its predecessor firms for 25 years and has substantial experience in the origination of syndicated loans, high yield bonds, M&A advisory and public equity underwriting.Mr. Cassidy has worked extensively with financial sponsor clients and non-investment grade corporate issuers in the healthcare, consumer, media, telecom and industrial sectors.Mr. Cassidy was a founding member of the Acquisition Finance Group at Manufacturers Hanover in 1983 and was Co-Head of Acquisition Finance at Chase Securities, Inc.Mr. Cassidy has a BA in Economics from the University of Colorado in Boulder.Mr Cassidy is on the Advisory Board of the Make A Wish Foundation of New York.
