Before assuming the role of president, Mr. Cassidy had been vice-president of Hill & Cassidy Retail Corp. when it operated 31 video stores until the chain was sold to Video Update, a public corporation based in Minnesota.Mr. Cassidy is also currently chairman of the Royal Inland Hospital Foundation in Kamloops, B.C.
