   I've supported Jonathan on the E-commerce and Mobile Business courses since arriving here in 2000 - so you may well see me answering your questions, posting links and case study information, etc. Before working at Kingston, I did similar stuff at Oxford University, and the Open University (Institute of Educational Technology, and the Business School). My research interests include mobile business and m-learning (using mobile technologies to support teaching & learning), educational technology, social issues of HCI/usability/technology, etc.
   
   Outside of the official day job, I've been involved in the music and radio industries (DJing/promotion/journalism) on and off for about the last 15 years, and have consulted to these industries for internet and IT stuff in my time - so don't be surprised if I use examples from these from time to time!
