   Reverend John V. Cassidy, a priest of the Diocese of La Crosse, Wisconsin, and Sister Jeanette's cousin, presided at a Eucharistic celebration in her honor.
   
   Sister Jeanette was born in Primghar, Iowa. She graduated from Clarke College in Dubuque and taught high school English before coming to Victory Noll. She earned her Masters degree from the University of Notre Dame and taught four years at the Victory Noll Junior College. Sister ministered in catechetics in Colorado and Massachusetts, and as Director of the Archdiocesan Justice and Peace Office in Denver. She served on the General Council for the Congregation for two terms, was elected President for an additional two terms, and is today serving another two terms as President.
