   Gerald J. Cassidy, who served as president and chief executive officer of The HUM Group, continues on as president of the HUM Division and chairman and chief executive officer of OHIC Insurance Company, now a MLMIC subsidiary. Further, several of HUM's board members have joined MLMIC's board of directors.
