   Gail Cassidy - Operations Executive
   
   Gail graduated from Caledonian University in 2002 with a BA (Hons) degree in Business and Information Management. Prior to joining Now-Business in October 2003 she spent time working for Search Consultancy where she undertook a variety of roles with a number of high profile companies.
   
   As Operations Executive, Gail's main responsibility is to ensure that all operational and administrative procedures operate effectively and efficiently. Other tasks include operational aspects of event organisation and membership processing.
   
   Gail is a music-lover and in her spare time enjoys going to the theatre, in particular to see musical productions, and to pop concerts. She is an experienced tap and ballet dancer.
