   Justin Cassida joined Carter Financial Management in 2003. Prior to joining CFM, Justin worked for a financial planning firm in Lubbock, Texas.
   
   Justin attended college at Texas Tech University. He graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance and obtained an MBA and a M.S. in Personal Financial Planning. While working on his B.A. degree Justin also minored in Architecture.
   
   Justin is actively involved in carrying out the firm's goals and objectives by serving on several committees that focus on client education. He serves on the Carter Investment Conference committee as well as the firm's Investment Committee. Justin also heads up the Emerging Investors seminar every spring that trains young adults over the fundamentals in personal finance. Recently Justin, along with Jimmy Kull and William Taylor, planned and prepared for the presentation of "Personal Finance 101" for athletes in local collegiate conferences.

   Justin is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERÔ professional and is licensed by the National Association of Securities Dealers and the National Futures Association. He holds a Series 7 and Series 66 license as well as a managed futures license. He also has his Group One Life and Health Insurance license issued by the Texas Department of Insurance.
   
   He serves on the board of the North Dallas-Park Cities Kiwanis Club, is a Century Club Member of the Texas Tech Alumni Association and a member of the Dallas Chapter of the Financial Planning Association. Justin also serves as the Vice President for the Dallas Chapter of the Texas Tech Alumni Association. Justin and his wife, Sarah, reside in Richardson, TX.
