   Robert C. Cassibry of McLean, VA. and two sisters.

   Mr. Cassibry was educated in the Gulfport Public Schools, received his Industrial Accounting degree from Mississippi State University, and law degree from LaSalle University, Chicago, IL. His legal preceptor training was accomplished through the late Bidwell Adam and the late Robert Adam of Gulfport, MS. Mr. Cassibry was a member of the Mississippi Bar Association and a former member of the American Bar Association.
   
   In 1938, Mr. Cassibry was employed by the late Jeff Ramsey as a Deputy County Clerk and in 1940 served as Deputy Sheriff and Tax Collector under the late Sheriff R.C. Edwins.

   In 1945, Mr. Cassibry enlisted and served aboard ships in the United States Merchant Marine until he was honorably discharged in December 1947.

   Mr. Cassibry was a Democrat and served as a delegate and sergeant-at-arms in the Mississippi Delegation to the 1960 Democratic National Convention at Los Angeles, CA. His political affiliations include: the Mississippi A&I Board, secretary/treasurer of the Harrison County Development Commission, Mississippi Medical Commission, Mississippi State Building Commission, Mississippi State Health Co-ordinating Council, and the Governor's Advisory Council on Nuclear Energy.
