   Shelley will be responsible for developing national markets for the company's total prepared food solution designed for the health and aged-care sector. Shelley brings to her new role strong, established relationships in the aged-care sector and significant experience in the contract catering industry. She has held business development roles with Spotless Services and Compass Group for 13 years, specialising in the education, health and aged care sectors. Prior to that she oversaw product launches and an initial sales drive into health, hospitality and retail for Van-den Berghs frozen unbaked products, as well as 10 years working as an owner/operator in bakery manufacturing and distribution to retail and food service.
