   Renee Casserly is a Regional Sales Manager with UNICARE Life & Health Insurance Company, a subsidiary of WellPoint Health Networks. In 1999 and 20001 she was chosen Regional Sales Manager of the Year for this Fortune 500 company. Renee also manages the Agent Performance Program for UniCare, a program that develops the top UniCare e-based agents nationally. She is currently the Chairperson in charge of Education for the Houston Association of Health Underwriters. And although she was discouraged from participating in sports as a child, she went on to break 2 national records for the AAU (Amateur Athletic Union). Renee believes "if you can see it, you can achieve it."
   
   She first entered the insurance industry in 1995 when she decided to pursue a career with Metropolitan Life. Prior to that time, Renee enjoyed a successful 15-year career in real-estate development and commercial property management.
   
   Because we live in times where the world around us is changing so rapidly, Renee believes that our success is grounded in our ability to adapt to change and our desire to excel in a complex environment. There may be no better example than the managed care industry.
   
   With this in mind, Renee believes that first and foremost, she has been married for 19 years and a mother of 3 children. Renee's personal and professional lives reflect her deep-rooted belief that with hard work, you can achieve anything.
