   Sharon Casselman , deputy registrar of the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Nova Scotia , said their group is looking at implementing a system similar to that in Alberta , which surveys patients , colleagues and coworkers to determine which physicians are performing at a high level. The objective is to see what is it they do that's better or different than the majority , so others can emulate them , she said.
