   Ms. Cassella is the Director of Physical Therapy for Boston Ballet and Children's Hospital in Boston . She lectures on orthopedic surgery at Harvard Medical School and holds a faculty appointment in the Dance Division at the Boston Conservatory.Ms. Cassella has traveled with Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater and currently sits on the National Advisory Committee Performing Arts Special Interest Group of the APTA and is a member of the Dance/USA Task Force on Dancer's Health.
