   Larry Cassella brings more than 25 years of manufacturing and distribution industry experience to his role as manager for the iSeries division at Kronos Incorporated. He is charged with developing and implementing strategies to maintain Kronos' leadership position in the manufacturing and distribution industry. In this role, Cassella draws on his vast technical and employee relationship management industry knowledge to help customers achieve their goals with Kronos solutions.
   
   Prior to joining Kronos, Cassella held several manufacturing and distribution manager positions and has participated in numerous activities and projects involving evaluations, design, and implementation of Closed Loop Business systems. His diverse experience in the manufacturing operations field includes working with make-to-order, assemble-to-order, and make-to-stock environments of various size organizations. He has held the positions of production control manager and project manager coordinating the efforts of both manufacturing steering committees and project teams on multiple MRPII/ERP implementations.
   
   Cassella is often quoted by the press on topics related to the manufacturing industry's use of employee relationship management solutions. He is certified by the American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS) with a CPIM in Production and Inventory Management and continues to be an active member of the APICS organization.
