Cassata is a previous Director of Logistics Programs for Skyway, a third-party logistics subsidiary of Union Pacific.Earlier, he was the Vice President of Sales for Associated Air Freight.Cassata also held the positions of Vice President, Corporate Sales for Burlington Air Express and Director of Corporate Accounts for Emery Worldwide.Currently, Cassata is a member of the Council of Logistics Management and on the Board of Directors for the New York City Council of Logistics Management Roundtable.Cassata received graduate degrees from Manhattanville College and New York University.

Smith McKee is a previous Director of Marketing and Public Relations for the American Warehouse Association and the International Warehouse Logistics Association (formerly the Canadian Association of Warehousing and Distribution Services).There, she held responsibility for developing and executing the Association's marketing plan throughout the United States and Canada.
