   Jeff works closely with the Capitas partners in further developing Capitas' penetration in the independent marketplace, as well as support Capitas' point-of-sale recruitment, training, and retention. Cassat is responsible for building and expanding the Capitas Advanced Markets Network, managing the Capitas Policy Review system and other software, as well as working closely with Capitas insurance carriers and national accounts to develop approved marketing materials.
   
   Before joining Capitas, Cassat was with Midland National Life Insurance Company where he served as the Assistant Vice President of Marketing. He was responsible for creating and implementing resources to support the recruitment and sales efforts of more than 8,000 sales representatives. Prior to Midland National Life, Cassat spent 18 years with Equitable Life of Iowa.
