   MS. CYNTHIA A. HERNANDEZ-CASSANO, LCSW, BCD is a graduate of California State University, Fresno with a BS in Corrections and Chemical Dependency, and from the California State University, Sacramento with an MS in Social Work. She also earned Child Dependency Program Level 1 & 2 certificates from the California State University, Sacramento and in Mediation from the McGeorge School of Law. Ms. Hernandez-Cassano has 30 years experience in the behavioral health field ranging from case work with children, crisis intervention, and therapy and program management. She formerly served as Director of Behavioral Health, Sacramento region for the Foundation Health network. Ms. Hernandez-Cassano was chosen as one of 22 Hispanic female leaders in America in 2005 and completed a business program at Harvard University. Ms. Hernandez-Cassano currently resides in Sacramento where she works as Managing Director of the Crowley Children's Fund, a nonprofit organization. Her sons Kyle and Travis are ANA graduates. She currently serves as a member of the ANA Board of Trustees.
