   Mr. Cassady received his BA from Duke University in French and received his J.D. from Vanderbilt Law School.He also completed a fellowship at Harvard Business School where he received his A.M.P. degree.He is a fellow in the American College of Construction Lawyers and serves on the Board of Trustees for the National Center for Construction Education and Research.

   Cassady joined BE&K, Inc. in 2000 as Vice President and General Counsel.Prior to joining BE&K, he was partner at Bradley Arant Rose & White LLP, and, in the mid-eighties, worked for U.S. District Court Judge James H. Hancock.He is a graduate of Duke University and the Vanderbilt University School of Law where he was elected to the Order of the Coif, Chief Justice of the Vanderbilt Moot Court Board, and was a member of the Vanderbilt Law Review.He also received the Advanced Management Program degree from Harvard Business School.He is author of several legal publications.
   
   Among his many community and professional roles, Cassady has served as the Alabama chapter president of the American Corporate Counsel Association and as fundraising chair and member of the board of directors of Magic City Art Connection.He is a Leadership Birmingham 2003 alumnus.
   
   He is married to the former Lynn Stewart Stein.He and his wife have three children and are members of the Cathedral Church of the Advent.
