   Ben Cass, Victorian branch manager for recruitment agency Diversiti, has noticed an increase in regional recruitment on the Victoria-NSW border.
   
   "In the Albury-Wodonga areas they're looking at technical IT, but also some of the related areas around the sales and marketing space," Mr Cass said.
   
   "I would say it's just generally the buoyancy we're seeing in the market."
   
   City workers who relocate are paid equivalent salaries to the city, but have lower living costs.
   
   Mr Cass said some companies were looking for quite specialised skills "so, often because of that they're paying people to relocate or paying them a premium for that skills base to go to those areas".
