Alisha Cass began her position with the Beausoleil Family Health Centre, as a Relief Fitness and Recreation Programmer, May 2007. Alisha was proud to accept the promotion permanently in September, 2007. Alisha Cass dreamed about having the Fitness and Recreation Programmer position for a long time. She finally got her chance to get her feet wet and began as relief Physical Fitness Promoter in May, 2007. Officially, Alisha accepted this permanent position in September, 2007. Alisha brings to the position a wealth of personal experience in the recreation field. In her younger years she competed in figure skating competitions capturing gold and silver medals. Alisha's academic pursuits include attending Loyalist College in the Registered Practical Nursing (RPN) Program. After much hard work and time spent away from family, Alisha will be a proud graduate from this program in June 2008. Coupled with this school challenge, Alisha also completed Coaching Certification under the National Coaching Certification Program this past year. Alisha also completed an Older Adult Fitness Instructor course. In 2008, Alisha intends to complete the Nutrition and Wellness Specialist course and a Fitness Instructor Specialist course with Georgian College to further augment her skills and her never-ending quest for more knowledge and skills.
