Baron Cass brings several decades of business and investment experience to C3 Holdings, LLC.He practiced as a CPA with Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Co. and served as Vice President of the investment banking firms of Goldman, Sachs & Co., and Bear, Stearns & Co.Baron has been responsible for organizational, management and capital formation matters in the petroleum, real estate and technology industries, and is familiar with the wide array of issues that confront owners of businesses.He has been instrumental in the start-up and management of numerous public and private companies; and he currently serves on several Boards of Directors.Baron is a graduate of Southern Methodist University and the Wharton School of Finance at the University of Pennsylvania.

Based in Dallas, Mr. Cass has been an active private equity investor and successful entrepreneur since 1977. Prior to founding C 3 Capital, he was a founder and Principal of C 3 Holdings, which invested over $60 million in ten businesses. He spent ten years in the 1970s as an investment banker at Goldman Sachs and Bear, Stearns advising high net worth families on the sale of their businesses throughout the Midwest and Texas. Mr. Cass has an MBA from the Wharton Graduate School of Business and a BBA in Finance from Southern Methodist University.
