   Mayor Forbes announced that Attorney John Casper of Winterset had agreed to become legal representative for the City of Lorimor. Kilpatrick moved to appoint John Casper as City Attorney. Roseman seconded the motion. Raney stated that he wanted an interview with Mr. Casper before reaching a decision. Arrangements will be made to have Mr. Casper in attendance at the December council meeting.

   John Casper of Winterset met with the Council at their request. Mr. Casper had expressed interest in representing Lorimor as City Attorney. Casper gave a brief summary of his work experience. He has been City Attorney for Winterset a number of years and also represented Patterson and Peru. He has a great interest in municipal law. Kilpatrick made the motion to appoint John Casper as City Attorney for Lorimor with a second from Roseman. Vote ˆ Kilpatrick, Raney, Roseman ˆ aye.
