Jack.jpg (92090 bytes)Mr. Casper, our co-founder, attended California State University at San Jose and graduated with a Business/Real Estate double major.He continued his education at the University of the Pacific's McGeorge School of Law, obtaining his J.D. Degree in 1974.Mr. Casper is a licensed attorney and a member of the American Bar Association, and the State Bar of California.

In 1977, Mr. Casper began pursuing a career in Real Estate development.After developing for 5 years, Mr. Casper, along with Mr. Bettencourt, founded the CBM Group.

Mr. Casper continues to utilize his legal expertise by supervising the creation of partnership and other legal documents related to development.

To date, Mr. Casper has a General Partnership interest in 49 apartment developments.
