   Todd Caspary: Manager of General Partner tcaspary@sharewell.com Todd has a broad background of Oil-field industry experience. After graduating from the University of Texas Todd accepted a position as land man for Arco Oil and Gas. After Arco Todd moved on to head Bryson Oil in London. In the 1990's Todd's affiliation with Sharewell began as he managed an acquisition between Drilex International and Sharewell, ultimately resulting in the sale of Sharewell to Baker Hughes. In 2000 Todd bought Sharewell from Baker Hughes with the initiative of transforming Sharewell into the world's most diversified directional drilling services company.

   Todd Caspary purchased Sharewell from Baker Hughes on January 26, 2000 in a management buyout. Todd has been with Sharewell for 10 years and was General Manager from 1996 until the purchase in 2000. Today he is CEO and President of the Sharewell Companies.
