Rico M. Casparis held various strategic and operational mandates, leading to the creation of successful industry groups, sales and mergers of companies and constituting the success of CGS I. Rico M. Casparis gained his management experience at Hilti Group.Over a period of nine years he was a member of the extended group company board and the boards of various affiliates.He headed an international region, a division and leading sister-companies in Europe and Asia.During this period, several overseas sister-companies and a division were successfully restructured under his direction.Mr. Rico M. Casparis was responsible for three strategic acquisitions of federal companies, which contributed to the continued growth of the Hilti Group.From 1995 to 1997 Rico M. Casparis acted as a Turnaround-Manager in various mandates for the leading Swiss big banks.He was the co-founding Partner of CGS Management in 1995.
