Julio Caspari
Julio Caspari is president ZF Group North American Operations. He was appointed to this position in June 2003 and coordinates all activities within the NAFTA region. In addition, he is responsible for the Powertrain and Suspension Components Division (ZF Sachs) within North America. Previously, Caspari was President of Sachs Automotive Brazil, and Sachs Automotive Argentina, were he directed the powertrain and chassis activities, respectively. He started his career at Sachs in Brazil as a production supervisor in 1975. Since that time, he held several positions in manufacturing, product engineering, and quality before becoming head of the company in 1992. Caspari holds a degree in mechanical engineering and a Master's degree in business administration.
