   Julian Caspari has 9 years of experience working in the field of youth leadership as a coach, counselor, and learning partner.After a pivotal international experience in 2003 Julian undertook the development of SWB's International Placement Program.Julian now acts as Managing Director, bringing a combination of international expertise and organizational sustainability to the design of SWB.Julian recognizes the ability to manage an organization as a key step towards social entrepreneurship and he is keen to share his knowledge with the diverse youth that SWB works with.
   
   Having spent extensive time working alongside young people from SWB's international partners to develop youth-led initiatives, Julian has collaboratively created projects ranging from student-led newspapers, to peer educating programs, and youth-centric learning curriculums.Julian champions hands-on learning experiences that inspire personal growth and foster community health.
   
   Recognizing the creative energy and ability of youth as fuel for positive social change, Julian sees a real need to bridge the gap between innovative young community leaders and those who sit at the policy table.
   
   Julian graduated from McGill University, Montreal in 2004 with a diploma in International Development Studies.Julian is captivated by music, poetry, prose, and photography and their respective abilities to inspire personal exploration.Julian has spoken at numerous international conferences, as well as universities, schools, and community organizations across Toronto.
