Ms. Larissa A. Cason

LARISSA A. CASON joined the firm in November of 1999 and has over two years experience working on a wide range of labor and employment litigation issues.Ms. Cason regularly represents clients in cases involving state and federal civil rights and anti-discrimination laws, including Title VII, and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act.Ms. Cason has counseled employers on a number of labor and employment issues, including the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 and the Family and Medical Leave Act.She is also experienced in labor and contract matters within professional sports and employment and family immigration issues.

Ms. Cason received her law degree from the Georgetown University Law Center in 1996 and her Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Riverside, California, in 1989.She is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and before the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.Ms. Cason is also a member of the New York State Bar Association and the New York chapter of Women in Sports and Events.
