   Dr. Marcello Caso is a 1998 graduate of the National University of Health Sciences. Before pursuing a Doctor of Chiropractic degree and earning a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 1994.
   
   Having grown up in the Chicago area, Dr. Caso began practice in an applied kinesiology clinic of the Chicago suburbs, treating a wide variety of conditions and caring for a number of members from the United States Karate Team. In 1999, he subsequently moved to Italy, where he distinguished himself with a multi-disciplinary professional network in Milan, collaborating with orthopedists, osteopaths, psychologists, pharmacists, dentists, physical therapists and other chiropractors. While in Europe, he was continually exposed to numerous professional athletes, including soccer players, basketball players and International Journal of Applied Kinesiology and Kinesiologic Medicine.
   
   Dr. Caso is actively pursuing diplomate status in both chiropractic neurology and applied kinesiology. As such, he has been called upon over the last two years to act as a consultant for the Institutes for the Achievement of Human Potential, the world's leading group in the treatment of brain-injured children. Upon moving to the Sacramento area, Dr. Caso joined the team at Spectrum Health Center in providing quality health care.
