CASNOFF (age 62) has served as President of the Company since November 1994, and was appointed as a director in November 2001.Mr. Casnoff served as Executive Vice President of the Company from October 1991 to November 1994.Mr. Casnoff has maintained his other business interests during this period and thus has devoted less than full time to the business affairs of DVL.From November 1990 to October 1991, Mr. Casnoff served as a consultant to the Company and from 1977 to October 1991, as secretary of the Company.Since May 1991, Mr. Casnoff has also served as a director of Kenbee Management, Inc.
