   "Standard & Poor's does not believe Fiat's credit measures will return to levels appropriate for an investment-grade rating in the foreseeable future," S&P's credit analyst and director Virginie Casin said in a statement.
   
   Fiat said it was disappointed but not surprised by S&P's rating, and added that its restructuring program would improve the company's finances. "We are faithful of receiving a better valuation from the rating agencies in a relatively brief period," Fiat said in a statement.
   
   At the Geneva show, the company unveiled the Lancia Ypsilon and Gingo small cars and a compact van called the Idea. The company did not previously have a small van, a category that has sold well in the past five years in Europe.
